On Capitol Hill breath hold still, all is concerned about passage of the health care bill

30 to 40 million Americans without insurance

President Obama is showing commitment and perseverance

Traits necessary in getting his troops to hurdle the final obstacle in health care reform

 

GOP cannot afford to remain calm

They cannot allow the President to get the required votes and the bill in his palm

To their political career that would be suicidal

Signing the bill would be fatal, no GOP is in denial

Sending the Senate a bill under reconciliation
